You can exchange items within 2 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We’ll cover the exchange cost if:

• We sent the wrong size
• The item arrived defective

A small fee of 2–3 JDs (depending on your location) will apply if:
• You want to change the color
• You want to exchange for a different product
• You want to change the size

How to Start an Exchange
1. Contact us at the instagram DM with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable service.
4. Once received, we’ll confirm your
exchange.
Refunds policy
